Hemophilia Advocacy Society is Pioneer Society of Punjab which is run by the Hemophilics For the Hemophilics. In our State the conditions of Hemophilics were very worst and there was no body ready to listenn the problems of Hemophilics. Hemophilics was spending their lives on the mercy of God.
